Booking Terms

Open Cooking Classes:

Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks before the date you booked. If you cancel your booking with a 3 week notice you will be able to book another class in a year from the date of your payment (or from the issue of the gift voucher) without penalty. If you cancel with a shorter notice than 3 weeks you will be allowed to book another class only upon payment of a cancellation fee which amounts to 35% of the price of the class. If you cancel within 1 week of your class, you will not be able to book another class and there will not be a refund. 

We require a minimum of 8 participants per class and reserve the right to cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment or if the school needs to postpone due to an unforeseen occurrence. We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed at least 24 hours before the class.

Private and Corporate Cooking Classes:

If you cancel your booking with a 3 week notice you will be able to book another class in a year from the date of your original cooking class without penalty. If you cancel with a shorter notice than 3 weeks you will be charged the full amount of the event and no date changes will be possible.
