THE ITALIAN FEAST COOKING CLASS
In this class you will master the art of creating an Italian Feast. We will use fresh seasonal produce to make up to 8 delicious antipasti dishes for everyone to share. You will also be making handmade fresh pasta for the main course and a seasonal dessert before sitting down to enjoy the feast created together.

PASTA E BASTA COOKING CLASS
In this hands on class, we share the secrets to our perfect pasta fatta a mano (homemade). You will create tagliatelle, ravioli and pasta sauces before sitting down to enjoy the feast created together.

COOKING FOR THOSE IN NEED
Join us for this three hour Cooking Class where together we will give back to our community by cooking double portions of a wonderful Italian Feast to then donate that extra half of dishes to a fantastic local charity that feeds the homeless.

TASTE OF SPAIN COOKING CLASS
Join us for this three hour Spanish feast where together we will enjoy slicing and dicing our way through Spain’s favourite Tapas recipes as well as learning how to prepare the holy seafood Paella. And of course, once everything is ready, we will enjoy a lovely meal tasting it all.

COOKING CLASS WITH TOUR OF PORTOBELLO MARKET
What makes this course so unique is that before the cooking it's the shopping. Perfect for a full day out, you will meet at Portobello Road market, learn how to select the best quality ingredients to then create dishes together, taking inspiration from what is fresh and seasonal at the market that day. You will cook a selection of Antipasti, Fresh Pasta or Risotto and a seasonal Dessert

COOKING COMPETITIONS
Adding a competitive aspect to our cooking classes is always a fun way to help develop teamwork, communication, organisational and leadership skills, all whilst preparing a delicious meal of seasonal Italian dishes. In this competition class, we split the group into teams to go head to head with each other, creating their own dishes from a selection of ingredients and being judged by chefs Charlotte and Claire to determine a winner. All of our classes can be adapted to incorporate a competitive edge.

PRIVATE DINNER AT THE COOKING SCHOOL
Our dinner parties can be booked by private groups to celebrate special occasions, team buildings and client entertainment.
The concept is a three hour long dinner with a bespoke 4-course menu. Imagine a wonderful dinner party in the privacy of a beautiful kitchen with all the liveliness found in a typical Italian home.

HEN DO COOKING CLASS
Our Cookery School is the perfect place to celebrate a hen do where you will get to enjoy the livelihood typically found in an Italian home with delicious food and a carefully selected wine list.
For our private hen do events we have two options to choose from, one option is cooking class followed by dinner and the other is a supper club

CHRISTMAS ALL’ITALIANA
Join us for your Christmas Team Party and together we will celebrate this festive period with plenty of delicious food, hand selected wines and the typical liveliness found in an Italian home.
In our Christmas Cooking Class we will share with you all the traditions of how Christmas is celebrated in Italy and you will learn some fantastic new recipes to spruce up your Christmas meal this year.
