Join this class and become a person who makes Focaccia on the regular. This is a great introduction to Italian bread making, where you will learn how to make the Italian classics whilst discovering some great bread making techniques. You will begin the class by learning to make the perfect Focaccia; golden and crispy on the outside and deliciously puffy on the inside. Next up will be a traditional Italian flat bread, also known as a Piadina, loved all over Italy, fantastic folded in two with Prosciutto Crudo, Rocket and Goats Cheese or served with dips. Lastly you will learn how to make your very own grissini.
In between the making of the breads, we will also make together some delicious seasonal Italian dips such as an Artichoke and Pecorino Dip or a Slow cooked roasted Pepper dip with Thyme and Parmigiano. All of this will of course be accompanied with a lovely flow of Prosecco and Italian Wines.
