Italian Day Cooking Event
A FANTASTIC DAY OF TOTAL
GASTRONOMIC IMMERSION SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MAKE FOR AN EXCELLENT
TEAM-BUILDING EVENT
- The group will be split in two small teams each with
their own budget .
- The first group will take responsability for the
starters and meat dishes, the second team will be responsible for
the pasta and fish dishes.
- Each group will select and buy the ingredients needed
from one of London’s bustling fresh food markets (Portobello Monday to
Friday, Borough Thursdays and Fridays), learning along the way how to
select only the best produce with the help of a professional chef,
Enrica Rocca.
- Each group will prepare excellent Italian dishes
guided by Enrica Rocca at her Cookery School, while learning how to
create a delicious italian meal.
- Everyone will enjoy an extended meal during which our
wine expert will conduct a tasting of wines, matched with each
dish.
- To round off the day each team will present to each
other the culinary secrets they have learnt.
Dates:
Monday-Fridays, from 9am to 5pm.
Price:
£175 per person.
Min 6 people max 10 people.
Included in the price:
8 hours minimum of tuition.
Glass of
Prosecco at arrival at home.
All
ingredients for a minimum 6 course meal.

ANOTHER MEMORABLE ITALIAN
GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE FOR YOU TO LEARN COMMUNICATION
SKILLS
- You will divide the team in two separate groups few
days prior to your function and elect a team leader for each group. The
team leaders will consult with the group and then communicate with
Enrica to decide of a menu according to everyone’s taste.
- All the ingredients for the meal will be gathered by
Enrica prior your arrival at the premises.
- Each group will prepare their own Italian dishes,
guided by the chef Enrica Rocca at her Cookery School, while learning
how to create a delicious Italian meal.
- Everyone will enjoy an extended meal during which our
wine expert will conduct a tasting of wines, matched with each dish.
- To round off the day each team will present to each
other the culinary secrets they have learnt.
Dates: Monday-Friday by arrangement from 10am-2pm or 7pm-11pm.

£120 per person.

selection of Italian cheeses, Italian cold meats, aubergine
parmiggiana, selection of frittate (egg bake), fish tartare, caprese
salads, bruschettas, rosted peppers, puff pastry onion pizza, stuffed
tomatoes, octopus salad, asparagus with parmesan cheese and truffle
oil...

Pasta dishes: with
vongole, mussels, prawns, cavolo nero and sausage, wild duck, pesto,
amatriciana, carbonara, wild mushrooms, bolognese ragu’(in the real
italian way), peas and ham, broccoli sauce...

Risotto
dishes: with seafood, saffron, mussels and saffron, wild
mushrooms (in season), radicchio and sausage, pumpkin and sage, prawns
and courgettes, onion and courgettes., asparagus...

Fish dishes:
whole baked sea bass Mediterranean style, fillets of white fish with
saffron or chive sauce, prawns with a cream and dill sauce, mussels
marinara, fillets of monk fish wrapped in Parma ham and rosemary...

Meat dishes:
shoulder of lamb Mediterranean style, tagliata di manzo, T-bone
Fiorentina, maiale al latte, ossobuco Milan style, three meats mince
loaf with wild mushrooms (in season), roast of veal with white wine
