I have always had a dream, and my dream was to spread my passion for food all over Earth. I thought about opening a cooking school on a boat that I could sail around the world.

But dreams are dreams. One day I thought that maybe the easiest way to bring them to life was to TRAP THEM IN A JAR and ship them around. And thanks to my Japanese friends my jars made it to Tokyo! And soon they will be in many other countries.

The philosophy

After years of attending food fairs and food events, tasting hundreds of products, meeting with many producers and sharing with them my passion for food, I’ve been able “to trap in a jar” some of the best products that my country has to offer.

I work with suppliers and farmers for whom producing the finest products is a labor of love, who guarantee the finest foods , not the least because for them products are the result of a much experience. All the goods come from small suppliers or farmers whose flavors and aromas will improve the quality of your lives.

6.I will give you the marketing support you need to give my food line the exposure it deserves
7. I will travel to certain fairs and events to help the sales.
8. I will provide recipes and video support to teach your clients how to make the best use of the products and match them to the correct wines.
9. We will link your web site to ours to give you as much international exposure as possible.
