Following Enrica Rocca’s cooking courses, you won’t return with detailed recipes or precise cooking times.

At her cooking school you instead learn to understand, become familiar and impassioned with food, but above all, to experiment: because, “with the union of good products, you can’t come up with anything except a good dish.”

A day’s course with Enrica means going to the market together, learning to shop selecting the right products, and then combining them together in cooking.

It’s to let go to a deep experience, to learn a new way of living and approach to food, at the same time swapping ideas on life, love, food and the universe.
