Enrica's food expertise and incredible knowledge for ingredients and wines will make all the difference as she will explain the secrets behind everything you eat and drink in the very best “Bacari” in Venice.
- Discover how the real Venetians socialise and enjoy life with friends.

Learn the secrets behind the famous Venetian “Cicchetti” (correspondent of Spanish tapas).
- Enjoy living like a local, tasting many different “Cicchetti matched with the perfect glasses of wines.
Schedule
- 11.am – Meet Enrica at the foot of the Rialto Bridge, market side.
- 11.05am – Start the morning with a great coffee in a lovely hidden cafe where the locals go.
- 11.30am – Start with the first serious drink of the day, a Spritz, accompanied by a couple of “Cicchetti”, the Venetian tapas style snacks that change from “Bacaro” to “Bacaro”.
- We will visit 2 to 3 Bacaros in Rialto area while exploring the market and a wine shop where a professional sommellier will explain you the regional wines.
- After this depart for Cannaregio, a much quiter and Venetian area where we will explore more “Bacari” and more food.
