PASTA MEDITERRANEA


 

 

 

 

Ingredients:
400 gr. Spaghetti or spaghettini
250 gr. Fresh cherry tomatoes
20 Calamata Olives boned
20 Capers preserved in salt rinsed thoroughly
1 small bunch Fresh basil
Salt and pepper
50 mils Olive oil

 

 

 

Method:

  • Bring to the boil 4 lt of salted water and when boiling add the pasta and cook “al dente”.
  • While the pasta cooks place all the ingredients except for the olive oil in a food processor and mix them thoroughly.
  • Add gradually the olive oil till reaching a creamy consistency.
  • Pour on hot pasta and serve immediately.
