MONKFISH WRAPPED IN PARMA HAM

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:
Portion size Monkfish tales (250 gr. PP )
or chunks from a big tale (About 250 gr. PP)
3 Slices Parma ham PP
10 mls. Olive oil
1 tsp chopped Rosemary PP
10 gr. Butter
sprinkle of Dry white wine
Sea salt and freshly grinded black pepper

 

 

 

 

Method:

  • Wrap each Portion size monkfish tales or portion chunks from the big tale with the Parma ham and place it on a oven proof dish.
  • Add a small piece of butter over each portion and sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped rosemary and a sprinkle of white wine.
  • Cook in the oven for 10/15 minutes at 200 C (cooking time will depend on the size of the tails).
