Schedule for day one:

 

  • 10.00am - Meet Enrica at the bottom of the Rialto bridge and join her for a tour of Venice best “Bacaros”.
  • 1.00pm – Lunch at “Le Testiere” or on the Terrace of “Lineadombra” (depending on the weather).
  • 3.30pm - Free afternoon.
  • 20:00pm - Return to Enrica’s kitchen for an informal dinner.

     

 

Schedule for day two:

 

 

  • 9am - Meet Enrica at the bottom of the Rialto bridge market side.
  • 9.30am - Begin the market tour.
  • 11am - First glass of Prosecco or Spritz in a typical Bacaro.
  • 11:30am - Return to Enrica’s kitchen to begin creating your delicious Italian feast.
  • 5pm - Approximate end of class.
  • Free evening.
