Your clients will…

 

 

  • Discover one of the most ancient markets in the world and the luscious ingredients along the Venetian lagoon and Venice secrets.

 

  • Learn how to identify the freshest fish and seafood for dishes that will stay with them forever.

 

  • Enjoy the lively ambiance of Enrica’s large kitchen and entertaining space - located inside her family Palazzo from the 1800’s, this room has been filled with delicious smells, laughter and well-fed guests for centuries.

Schedule for day one (October to April):

 

 

  • 10.00am - Meet Enrica at the bottom of the Rialto bridge and join her for a tour of Venice best “Bacaros”.
  • 1.00pm – Lunch at “Le Testiere” or on the terrace of “lineadombra” (depening on the weather).
  • 3.30pm – 2 hours tour of Venice and its Lagoon by boat.
  • 17.30pm – Time fo a siesta.
  • 20:00pm - Return to Enrica’s kitchen for an informal dinner.

 

 

Schedule for day one (May to September):

 

 

  • 10.00am - Meet Enrica at the bottom of the Rialto bridge and join her for a tour of Venice best “Bacaros”.
  • 1.00pm - Lunch at “Le Testiere” or on the terrace of “lineadombra” (depening on the weather).
  • 3.30pm - Free afternoon.
  • 18.00pm - 2 hours tour of Venice and its Lagoon by boat.
  • 20:00pm - Return to Enrica’s kitchen for an informal dinner.

 

 

Schedule for day two:

 

 

  • 9am - Meet Enrica at the bottom of the Rialto bridge market side.
  • 9.30am - Begin the market tour.
  • 11am - First glass of Prosecco or Spritz in a typical Bacaro.
  • 11:30am - Return to Enrica’s kitchen to begin creating your delicious Italian feast.
  • 5pm - Approximate end of class and time for a siesta.
  • 8pm - drinks in a typical Venetian setting.
