My aim is not only to teach authentic Italian cooking, but to introduce you to London’s gastronomic mecca, Borough market. Here, we will uncover the freshest, most enticing ingredients in the country.

We will meet passionate, food experts from around the globe, learn the appetising advantages of buying fresh produce as well as discuss how to recognise the quality of your ingredients.

We will talk about the importance of properly-aged meats, the difference between pasturised and unpasturised cheeses and the quality of the world’s best hams.
Once we return to my kitchen, we will explore the best cooking techniques to bring these fabulous ingredients alive.

• 9am - Meet Enrica at Borough Market for a full market tour.
• 1pm - Return to Enrica’s kitchen to prepare an Italian feast.
• 4pm - Head home for a siesta.
