Explore the Rialto market with Enrica who will show you how to identify the best and freshest ingredients, from which you will create exquisite dishes.

 

Take your bags bursting with flavour back to Enrica’s beautiful family Palazzo and enjoy learning whilst tasting Venetian specialties which you will be able to effortlessly recreate when you return home.

 

Schedule

10am Meet Enrica at the bottom of the picturesque Rialto bridge market side
10.30am Discover one of the world's most famous markets, and let yourself be guided artfully through the incredible fresh produce
12pm Enjoy your first glass of Prosecco or Spritz in a typical Bacaro, after a strenuous morning of shopping
12:30pm Return to Enrica’s kitchen to begin creating your delicious Italian feast. Marvel at your new skills as you try every dish
4pm End of the lesson! Everyone home or to their hotel to relax

 

Price includes:
