The Great Easter Bake Off with Frances Quinn

Come spend an Evening of Baking with the 2013 winner of the Great British Bake Off


After the wonderful success of our last Bake off class we have decided to make this a more frequent event, so please join us and the Great British Bake off winner Frances Quinn at 6pm on the 2nd March for an evening of wine, food and laughter. We have planned a special class for you where you will enter the creative world of Frances and learn how to make a variety of savoury and sweet dishes inspired by all things Easter and of course Italian. 
What’s on the menu?
We have chosen a selection of dishes that use a variety of baking techniques and some of the best Easter ingredients. Here are some of the dishes you will prepare:
Some Antipasti to get you started: 
Cauliflower and Parmesan Cheese Scones 
A homemade Beef Tartar 
Fried Artichokes alla Giudea 


For the Pasta Dish:
Homemade Tagliatelle with a Slow cooked Lamb Ragu
And for Dessert:

Panettone filled with a Cream of Mascarpone
Mini Easter themed Cupcakes with Orange Curd and homemade Marzipan Decorations

As always you can expect a relaxed, fun and informative night in our kitchen in Notting Hill. Prosecco, wines and all ingredients are included in the price of £150 per person, and we expect the class to finish at around 10.00pm. 
If you are unable to join us on the 2nd of March but would be interested in joining another class then please do let us know as we are planning future events with Frances and would be happy to find a date that suits you.
